INTEREST GROUP FORMATION
In January 2025, the journey begins with vision and curiosity. During this phase, interested members attend information sessions, engage in dialogue, and complete the application process to formally express interest in forming the organization.
PROVISIONAL GROUP STATUS GRANTED
With all requirements met and approval secured, August 2025 the group is officially cleared to move forward. Provisional Group Status marks the organization's authorization to begin operating, planning, and building its foundation.
ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE BOARD
Leadership takes the helm. Members elect the Executive Board responsible for guiding the organization, ensuring accountability, and navigating the journey ahead.
GROWTH, PROGRAMMING, AND ENGAGEMENT
Capital City Moms settle into its rhythm—hosting programs, holding group meetings, fostering sisterhood, and strengthening its mission through meaningful programming and shared experiences.
CHARTING NEW HORIZONS
With systems in place and relationships deepened, the organization continues its journey—evolving, expanding its impact, and preparing for the destination ahead- National Convention!
